About the Space
Nest in the Willows was born from a desire to offer people an opportunity to reconnect with the natural world and the many healing offerings of our area. Even though we are easily accessible off the main highway, our location up a private road and nestled in a valley provides protection from road noise and cell phone waves. The Nest is located just steps from a spa deck, and only feet away from a therapeutic arts practice. Also on the property is a thriving Biodynamic Farm, yearlong and seasonal creeks, and hiking trails through redwoods and bay and oak groves.Â
Local highlights include a 10-minute drive from one of the best walking beaches and tidal areas in Sonoma County; 5 minutes distance from the award-winning Osmosis Spa; 10 minutes drive to the Grove of Old Trees; 12 minutes from downtown Sebastopol restaurants and The Barlow; and close proximity to wine tasting.
Â
Guests are our personal guests, 100 feet from where we live. They are asked to help maintain the quiet atmosphere, which respects the therapeutic work that happens nearby. That said, we do have moments during which our family or the farm makes noise, like the occassional school group farming nearby, farm-related events, and farm animal noises.
